About Us
Electric Drip started with local Tinley Park business owners who heard the news no coffee lover ever wants to hear their favorite neighborhood coffee shop was up for sale. Instead of letting a local staple disappear, Brad & Skyler LaHood & Britt Johnson decided to step in and create something new while keeping the spirit of the original alive.
Their vision for Electric Drip is simple: great drinks, great people, and a vibe you can’t find anywhere else.
Inspired by 70s basements, vintage rock-and-roll culture, velvet paintings, wood paneling, and laid-back hangs, Electric Drip is designed to feel nostalgic, creative, and just a little rebellious. Whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee, trying one of our signature teas, or checking out one of our wild seasonal drinks, we want every visit to feel like discovering your new favorite spot.
As Tinley Park’s raddest locally owned coffee shop, community means everything to us. We’re proud to continue the traditions built before us while bringing a fresh energy and experience to the neighborhood we love.
